Job Description
NSF is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager II to join their amazing team. The Account Manager II will serve as the main point of contact for the client. The successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and great customer service experience. Experience in Automotive industry, Prior certification experience, preferably in the Aerospace industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts with medium impact and / or complexity
- Provides customer education / consultation on standards, regulations, or audit process
- Identifies and provides input to process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree Minimum of 1-5 years of experience experience
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Manage customer accounts.
- Comfortable with Microsoft office tools
- Ability to mentor others
- Great attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with IATF and AS standards is a plus
Preferred Qualification
- 5 years Certification body experience
Salary Range: $52,000 - $70,000
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
