Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to oversee and expand our client portfolio across Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of localization and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the European market, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored localization solutions that align with client objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, manage KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management or business development within the localization or language services industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Language Studies, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
