As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to clients who have purchased our HCM software solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of our software and a successful transition from their previous systems. You will be responsible for acting as a subject matter expert on larger implementation projects, providing guidance, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

What YOU will be doing:

  • Collaborate with clients and brokers to successfully implement various benefit services, including FSA, HSA, COBRA, HRA, ERISA, NDT, and Premium Only Plans
  • Manage the development and use of client and participant interfaces, lead plan takeovers, coordinate debit card distribution, oversee billing and generate plan documents
  • Utilize the Relias and Wex Platforms to support Benefit Services
  • Accurately input participant and qualified beneficiary data into the system
  • Understand business requirements to successfully implement clients on the PrimePay platform
  • Configure and QA the software according to client requirements and specifications
  • Test the software configuration to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during implementation
  • Partner with internal partners, project managers, EDI teams, sales, and benefit teams to ensure accurate data integrity and work through any adjustments required to completion
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to benefit compliance services
  • Identify and report any issues or bugs to the senior team for resolution
  • Validate data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies, and work with the team to resolve them promptly, ensuring client satisfaction


Success will come if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management, Computer Science, or related field) or its equivalent in education and experience
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in the HCM industry, specifically in a benefits capacity
  • Experience with Benefits implementation and configuration
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in customer service, data analysis, or software support is advantageous
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
