We're looking for a Lease Administrator to join the Real Estate team and support its worldwide operations. You’ll review lease-related documentation, manage the portfolio database and Real Estate reporting while acting as a primary contact to Revolut and outside contacts on rent and ancillary expense topics!

Onboarding and setup of new office locations in internal and external systems.
Reviewing lease-related documentation and abstraction of critical information, including rent and other financial obligations
Onboarding and abstraction of new leases and landlords in internal and external systems, processing of relating forms and ticketing
Tracking of critical dates, including lease renewal, amendment, rent commencement and expiry dates
Managing the Real Estate portfolio database and data room
Establishing and upkeeping accurate banking information for new and recurrent rent obligations within internal and external systems
Reporting Real Estate portfolio
Reviewing, auditing, and processing of leasing rent payments and obligations, in line with the internal spending and transaction policy.
Operating expenses: correspondence, management, reconciliations, and pursuit of claims
Managing end-of-lease financial obligations
Serving as a primary contact to internal and external contacts on rent and lease compliance issues
Processing Purchase Orders related to Real Estate matters
Previous experience in commercial lease administration (preferably for a Real Estate company)
Experience in finance reconciliations, budget reviews, and auditing.
The ability to understand and interpret commercial Real Estate language and conditions
The ability to work independently and to prioritise key deadlines and critical dates obligations
Adaptability to work using bespoke software
Good proficiency with Office packages, in particular Excel
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners
Fluency in English
