Position Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Founda, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the EMEA region. You responsibilities will include scouting for new opportunities, engaging with potential partners, manage the relationships with our existing partners and guide the internal and external teams through tender processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a talent for building strong relationships. Reporting directly to the GM of EMEA, you will have the chance to shape the future of healthcare technology and drive meaningful change on a global scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and boost sales.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects and partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Tender and Bid Management

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Demonstrates project management experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Possesses knowledge of tender processes and requirements.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and German.
  • Shows proficiency in working with HubSpot or similar CRM solutions.
