Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, 3+ years HR experience with benefit and compensation administration knowledge, Strong understanding of ERISA, FLSA, ACA, vendor negotiations, Knowledge of HRIS and customer service experience, PHR or SPHR designation desired.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage CONNECT system and provide guidance to HR Coordinators
- Act as primary contact for health/welfare plan administration
- Customize interfaces with vendors and ensure accurate plan enrollments
- Assist with benefit inquiries, leave requests, open enrollment, salary administration
- Administration of PTO accruals, incentive pay program, special projects
