Overview

This role is part of the Global HR People Operations team and is NOT a consultant position. Please do not apply if you are a Workday Consultant.

We're looking for a solution oriented, system-minded person to play a key role in leading the architecture, administration, and optimization of our Workday and HR technology solutions to deliver, not just a good, but incredible employee experience.

In this role, you'll work closely with our global HR team and business leaders to identify and define user requirements and translate systems needs into solutions. As the champion of our HR tech stack (Workday, iCIMS, etc.), you'll lead needs assessments and technology solutions to support evolving business needs and operational efficiency. At every touch point, you will champion data integrity, provide technical support, and deliver actionable data informed insights that drive our HR initiatives forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leads the design and implements HR technology solutions based on requirements, current system implementations and environment landscape.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert in support of system configuration, operation, and administration.
  • Assists in developing the HR tech stack’s ability to support ongoing and new business entities and structures and strategy.
  • Partners with Global HR Team to create best-in class systems, processes and reporting to improve efficiency and foster a positive employee experience.
  • Serves as an integral member of the Global HR Team to advise on technology programs impacting the organization as a whole globally while collaborating with Global HR Partners and other cross-functional groups to understand and address their unique needs.
  • Provides support to analyze, validate, maintain and troubleshoot HR systems for users.
  • Builds complex reports and dashboard that provide analysis of HR data to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of HR opportunities, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Provides technology mentoring and training to support the HR team and users on HR systems as well as methods for streamlining and standardizing data recording to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Continuously reviews and validates workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and ease of use with a consistent service mindset.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • 5+ years’ experience (global preferred) with system configuration, administration, and maintenance in several of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Learning.
  • Experience working within an HR Operations team is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Workday certificates, education, or training preferred.
  • Experience working with iCIMS (or other ATS), survey tools, SharePoint and other HR tech stack programs.
  • Experience effectively managing multiple stakeholders’ expectations while delivering implementations, including providing end user support and training for HR and other internal stakeholders.

Total Rewards

$90000– $110000 /year base salary plus 10% - 15% profit-sharing contribution to your retirement account. Salary is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data
