5+ years AP accounting experience with GAAP principles, Experience in project-based AP systems usage, Expertise in Quickbooks, NetSuite, or similar software, CPA or CMA certification preferred, Vendor management and invoice processing experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage vendor enrollment and AP invoices
- Lead financial reporting and project contract accounting
- Handle sales tax processes in AP accounting
- Process 1099, W9 setups, and accounting ledgers
- Support financial statements preparation and audits
