Job description

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking a skilled Appointment Setter/Lead Generation/Cold Caller with experience in selling lighting or LED products. If you have a knack for sales, enjoy cold calling, and have experience engaging with facility managers, we want you on our team!

Position: Appointment Setter / Lead Generation / Cold Caller

Responsibilities:
  1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, specifically targeting facility managers in charge of warehouses, commercial spaces, and other facilities.

  • Identify and qualify leads through research and targeted outreach.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects interested in lighting and LED solutions.

  • Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule appointments and meetings between potential clients and our sales team.

    • Ensure smooth hand offs to the sales team by providing detailed information on client needs and expectations.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Develop strong relationships with facility managers and decision-makers, understanding their specific needs related to lighting and energy efficiency.

    • Provide product information and answer any initial questions to pique interest and move prospects down the sales funnel.

  • CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, including contact information, conversation details, and next steps.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in an appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling role.

    • Specific experience in the lighting or LED industry is highly preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to engage with facility managers or similar decision-makers.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
