Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Location: Remote

Work Shift: PST
Working Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Part Time)

Job Overview:

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices.
  • Implement and oversee customer service protocols to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience.

Inventory and Order Management:

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory updates on the eCommerce platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on eCommerce performance and growth opportunities.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
