Job description

CAR Rental - Customer Service Agent:

  • Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments);

  • Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);

  • Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;

  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;

  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Higher is preferred

  • Native/Fluent in German or Dutch

  • Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG);

  • Good Problem-Solving Skills;

  • Strong troubleshooting skills;

  • Familiar with Technology;

  • Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have);

  • Previous experience in any customer facing role.

  • Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable

  • Passionate about customers
