Key responsabilities:
- Maintain filing system, prepare accurate client invoices, collect timesheets, and run bi-monthly payroll
- Monitor and ensure timely payments for employee benefits, track expenses, and liaise with accountants
- Coordinate meetings with clients, handle new employee setups, and represent the company in administrative meetings
