Your mission:

Want to disrupt the international energy trading market, and redefine how energy traders work?

Join our account management team and be responsible for the continuous success of our customers in the DACH region. You’ll accompany them on their journey to become engaged enmacc traders — from start (onboarding, activation) to finish (self-sustained customer, upselling and cross-selling). The ultimate goal is guaranteeing a first-class customer experience with us. After all, the customer’s success is our success.

We, as a commercial team, see the successful use of our marketplace as our number one priority. Our ambition is to create a thriving community of traders. 

What you'll do:
  • guide customers through their whole journey within our marketplace
  • help expand customer accounts by seizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities if it helps our customers to succeed even more
  • collaborate hand-in-glove with our marketplace management team to A) ensure traders have all they need and B) drive adoption and change management within new customers’ organisations
  • analyse usage and market data from the DACH region, and manage your dedicated customers accordingly
  • act cross-functionally within enmacc as our point of contact for existing customers

 

Who you are: 
  • Experience in sales/account management in the energy industry is essential. 
  • You enjoy digital products and services.
  • You’re a great verbal and written communicator, in both German and English (both business-level)
  • You’re ‘hands on’: independent, entrepreneurial, and result oriented. You know how to be a ferocious self-starter and a great team player. 
  • Finally, you’re structured and know your way around customer development paths, as well as their journeys within the software industry.
