Job Summary
This position works in a collaborative team dedicated to supporting the sales growth of small employer groups (with 2-50 employees) statewide. Provides excellent sales support to the small business team, agents and employer groups with a responsibility of coordinating new business workflow, proposal activity, open enrollment/benefit materials and required reporting. Position is responsible for workflow management including SalesForce reporting, employer center and departmental reporting analysis. Additional responsibilities include administrative sales support including payroll, expense reports, meeting scheduling and team calendar management.
Essential Functions
Assist the Small Business team with the sales and retention processes including preparation of new business/renewal packets, open enrollment materials and new business applications.
Management of SalesForce workflow and reporting.
Employer center audits and management of correspondence through email queue.
Interpret and challenge the reporting tools to support new ideas for growth and direction for Small Business.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, various office equipment and typing.
Effectively communicate with internal departments and external customers.
Utilize appropriate software to ensure the integrity of our processes and procedures.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience health insurance industry
- 2 years of relevant experience customer service or sales
