As a Lead Generation Associate, you are responsible to assist KMC’s Sourcing Team to generate talent leads using a variety of sourcing channels. You will also market all job openings aligned with the branding of KMC.

The main responsibilities of a LEADS GENERATION ASSOCIATE include:

  • Curating a winning job description for the Manpower Request.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns that contribute to the team's goal
  • Coordinating with Marketing Team and/or 3rd Party partners in the creation of posters and branded ads to promote open positions and highlight employee features.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of TA Sourcing engagement activities.
  • Responding and assisting to potential leads queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels
  • Collaborating & coordinating with the Sourcing Pre-screening Team & Recruitment Team for lead generation and to ensure all lead sources are maximized.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Actively source new recruitment opportunities

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing or equivalent
  • A fresh graduate with Recruitment immersion from a BPO or Shared Services
  • Experience in Sourcing & Recruitment is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Social Media Management is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in using MS Tools (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of Sourcing & Recruitment processes.

It will also be favorable if you have the following:

  • Excellent level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • High energy, team orientated
  • Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
  • High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads
  • Must be a creative thinker and has passion for Marketing and Branding.
