Job description

Our client is a leader in the private sector of IT and digital solutions in Thailand, to be a partners with world-class companies to supply modern digital solutions, enterprise business solutions . To provide end-to-end digital solutions to help organizations achieve success in digital transformation.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.



Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT/Tech company) 

Responsibilities:



  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  • To recruitment of assigned portfolio; manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job requisition, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and getting candidates on-board
  • Manage headcounts and hiring plans, as well as initiate talk sessions with employees during on-boarding
  • Initiate and implement ideas for continuous improvement in recruitment strategy, recruitment process, and candidate/employee experience (e.g., digitizing job requisition process, streamlining recruitment process, etc.)
  • Support both internal and external HR-related programs, events, and activities (e.g., organize Internship programs, support Newcomer Orientation Sessions, create content for Career channels, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the hiring manager (including but not limited to analyzing HR data, creating weekly/monthly reports, coordinating with other teams for collaboration and HR processing, etc.

Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition (either from a corporate or recruitment agency)
  • Experience  in IT/ Tech company .
  • Ability to be self-motivated, active, and collaborative (especially during the Work from Home period)
  • High ownership and motivation to drive effective and impactful recruitment and thrive on process improvement
