Your missions

Two95 International Inc. is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship for motivated individuals who are interested in gaining experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced recruiters and learn about the full recruitment lifecycle.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  • Support recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest and passion in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
