Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a thorough understanding of sourcing strategies and tools.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide excellence by:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, data mining, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various roles, ensuring a swift recruitment process and a ready availability of talent.

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine suitability for client requirements, focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with recruitment managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each position.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to understand the hiring landscape and inform sourcing strategies. Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with recruitment managers and clients to ensure alignment on the qualifications and experience required for roles, optimizing the match between candidate and company needs.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sourcing activities and outcomes, using data to refine and improve sourcing strategies.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools, including advanced Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and other innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders remotely.

  • Highly organized and strategic, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably Zoho Recruit.
