This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling and Cold Outreach: You will proactively engage with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and other communication channels. By leveraging your persuasive communication skills and product knowledge, you will generate interest, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.​

Prospect and Qualify: You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying existing and potential customers within an assigned territory. Your ability to assess customer needs effectively and match them with our products and services will be key to your success.

Drive Strategic Opportunities: Utilizing the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology, you will strategically drive opportunities at both the tactical and strategic levels. Your expertise in sales qualification will ensure that you focus your efforts on the most promising prospects.

Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with client decision-makers is crucial. By understanding their requirements and aligning our sales strategy accordingly, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor and build long-lasting partnerships.

Sales Reporting: You will keep detailed records and generate reports on all phases of your activities, including account plans, forecasts, and sales progress. Utilizing our CRM system, you will accurately forecast territory business and proactively manage your pipeline.

Quota Achievement: Your goal will be to meet or exceed the assigned quarterly quota. You will actively manage and maintain a detailed pipeline that is three times your assigned quota, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Product Demonstrations: As needed, you will conduct online product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings to potential customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and present our solutions will be instrumental in winning new business.

Collaboration: You will work closely with our technology team to ensure a seamless sales process. By leveraging their expertise and collaborating on customer requirements, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ideally within a corporate sales environment
  • Proven experience in cold calling and cold outreach, as well as managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ideally within a corporate sales environment.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with customers effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage a detailed pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to streamline and optimize your sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for success and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
