Sales Development Representative

Our client is seeking a Sales Development Rep to work remotely full-time for their growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

​

• Generate leads from cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
• Engage with leads professionally, building rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Articulate the value proposition of our clients products/services and answer any questions or objections raised by leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Effectively manage and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong cold calling skills, including the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ability to efficiently manage and update customer data.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation 

​

8 hours per day (Mon - Fri) - R32,000 per month
