Our client in the healthcare industry is actively seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team and contribute to their mission of advancing healthcare solutions. If you're passionate about healthcare innovations, research, and crafting growth strategies, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative specializing in the healthcare industry, your primary responsibility is to identify growth opportunities and foster relationships within the healthcare sector. You will be pivotal in promoting healthcare offerings, researching market trends, identifying potential clients, engaging them strategically, and driving targeted traffic. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding the reach of healthcare solutions.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, driving growth in both ends.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels to uncover and nurture leads within the healthcare domain.
  • Initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media to create valuable connections with potential clients.
  • Coordinate and conduct follow-up calls and emails, ensuring consistent engagement with prospects.
  • Facilitate meetings between potential clients and our dedicated sales team.
  • Participate in industry networking events and trade shows to establish connections and cultivate potential leads.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, offering valuable insights for strategic analysis in the healthcare sector, and highlighting the brand's engagement and visibility efforts.



Requirements


  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communication, building a strong foundation for success in healthcare-focused sales.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar field, with demonstrated ability to drive growth and effectively enhanced brand visibility.
  • Experience with Customer Relations Manager (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a tenacious and self-driven attitude.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to grasp of new concepts, tools, and strategies to continuously enhance sales approach, adapt to evolving industry dynamics, and innovate brand visibility tactics.
