We're recruiting for a Marketing Operations Administrator to provide a variety of administrative and budget management activities to our EMEA Marketing team.ABOUT THE ROLE**We are a global technology solution provider and specialist IT distributor. We represent and work closely with a wide range of market-leading vendors (such as Cisco) and help them sell and distribute their technology solutions and services to Partners and end customers.The remit of this newly created role will be to assist in all operational aspects of the EMEA Marketing team that focus on the Comstor (Cisco) side of our business. A large component of the role will entail budget management which will involve accessing Cisco's finance systems and tools to support financial and budget transfers and claims. Other pivotal tasks will involve setting up new suppliers, raising purchase orders, requesting budget approvals and acting as a first point of contact for general marketing operations related enquiries.This is a great opportunity with appealing prospects for someone who is eager to learn and develop their career in marketing, as there will be scope in the future for the role to broaden into a more creative capacity, providing exposure to marketing programs and campaigns.We're passionate about investing in our people and equipping them with the technical knowledge, systems and tools through comprehensive training and mentoring.To be successful in your application, you will need to be a confident and friendly communicator who is process driven with strong organisational and numeracy skills with an exemplary eye for detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities - Action all central budget requests to Marketing Operations, utilising the defined process (currently Smartsheet), which will encompass:

  • Central and Local Internal Order (IO) requests
  • New Supplier set-up
  • Purchase Order (PO) requests
  • Request Finance approvals and provide further details if required
  • Request budget transfers to Countries or other Westcon-Comstor practices
  • Manage Proof of Performance (PoP) requests to local marketers as required
  • Share Central Marketing Plan outputs with countries before the beginning of each quarter
  • Provide cover for other members of the Marketing Operations team
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required for the team
  • Respond to general enquiries and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
