Seeking Lateral Partner in International Law Division

MUST CURRENTLY WORK AT A LAW FIRM

Starting salary - $225K

A yearly bonus is offered that potentially equates to 1M annually

Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm

MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE THEY APPLY TO WORK IN

We are looking to add an attorney to our phenomenal existing International law team who will be the principal attorney and have the opportunity to learn how to run and grow with a successful firm.

Our international practice lawyers represent United States-based clients in matters outside the U.S. and non-U.S. clients in their home countries and across the world. We advise foreign clients on their U.S. inbound business, including U.S. market entry, through the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of U.S. subsidiaries and the establishment of cross-border contractual relationships with U.S. business partners and customers.
