Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Collaborate with architects to develop and refine architectural design concepts for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Create and produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data essential for design development.
  • Ensure designs comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Develop and present 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients effectively and stakeholders.
  • Research and recommend innovative building materials and construction techniques.
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise and design solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project success.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the design process.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
