**Role:**

We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Account Manager to liaise directly with one of our key accounts a top-tier international insurance company. The chosen candidate will be responsible for selling our bespoke business and market information, analysis, and credit information solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Account Management & Client Relationship**

- Foster and maintain a strong relationship with the key account to understand their requirements and deliver tailor-made solutions.

- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

2. **Sales & Business Development**

- Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, and propose fitting solutions.

- Engage in cold calling to identify potential sales opportunities and expand the business.

3. **Market Analysis**

- Stay updated with the latest trends in the insurance sector to provide accurate and timely market analysis.

- Coordinate with the internal analytics team to derive insights and produce compelling presentations for the client.

4. **Feedback and Continuous Improvement**

- Relay client feedback to the product and service teams, ensuring continuous improvement and customization based on the client's evolving needs.

- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

5. **Collaboration**

- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, analytics, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the companys offerings.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

1. **Insurance Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

2. **Cold Calling:** Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging prospective clients through cold calls.

3. **Account Management:** Demonstrated experience in managing and growing key accounts, especially within the financial services sector.

4. **Financial Services:** Strong understanding of financial services, with an emphasis on business and market information and credit information.

5. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

6. **Bachelors degree** in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Masters degree preferred.

7. **5+ years** of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
