Key responsabilities:
- Handle daily operations, advanced equipment troubleshooting, network setups, tech dispatches, PMS troubleshooting, and ticket hand-offs
- Participate in assigned projects in a timely manner
- Identify and troubleshoot complex network issues, recommend configuration changes, and maintain expert-level knowledge
- Act as a technical adviser, provide guidance and support to helpdesk team, and engage in troubleshooting efforts
- Contribute to the team's success, efficiency, and flexibility by assisting with various tasks
