Overview: We're seeking an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to lead all sales and business development operations, define our strategy, and drive our vision forward.   • Establish and manage the business development and sales department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations.

  • Design and implement effective sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands.
  • Set and manage sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of business development and sales initiatives, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer retention goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new sales technologies and techniques as appropriate.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Business Development, Sales Director, or similar role in a B2B setting.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, with a blend of strategic and analytical abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
