ProAg is looking to add a Sales System Support to our team. In this position you will be the key contact for troubleshooting and triaging issues, identifying gaps, and implementing new processes and procedures as it relates to systems within sales.
In this Exciting Opportunity You Will:
Research, analyze, and develop how sales systems can best benefit internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct user acceptance testing from a sales perspective, provide timely feedback and solutions on issues and results.
Ability to identify gaps in project portfolios and determine and recommend courses of action to be taken utilizing ProAg’s processes.
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is informed with all the changes to the system including technical, procedural, and conceptual usage.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
Ag background and crop insurance experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and customers.

The reasonable pay range for this specific position is $89,000 to 115,000. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
