Job description

Job title: Commercial Sales Administration Specialist (w/m/d)

Location: Italy, UK, France, Turkey (remote)

Type of Role: Full Time

Duration: 2-year Contract (2027)


Short description: In this dynamic role, you’ll support commercial activities, from deal structuring and contract creation to pricing and quotations. As a trusted advisor to the Sales team, you’ll guide them on contract options to drive successful closures. Collaborating with Field Sales and Volume teams, you’ll enhance quoting efficiency and implement CRM tools, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and data integrity. Tasks in detail:

  • Sustain and support all commercial activities: deal structuring, contract creation, pricing and quotation, review and approval for offers, order sheets.
  • Trusted advisor: to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closure.
  • Collaborator: of the Field Sales and Volume teams to accelerate quoting process through operational efficiencies.
  • Implement and update of processes and CRM-tools usage
  • Provide feedback with back office on the implementation/update and efficiency towards Customer Satisfaction & data integrity


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial activities related to offers in a software environment or related.
  • Background in sales administration and experience working with the end user (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce 1SFDC (CPQ and ServiceMax preferred).
  • Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Resilient, assertive and proactive with a strong will and drive
