The Opportunity

We’re looking for multi-talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our growing recruitment firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a rare opportunity to impact Functional, Integrative, Personalized, and Regenerative Medicine nationwide by placing clinical and non-clinical professionals in healthcare and wellness practices. Our clients and their teams are positively impacting an entire ecosystem of patients, caregivers, and suppliers served by that practice. By helping to advance the growth of practices with key talent, as well as the strategic value connected with those hires, our recruitment teams are also contributing to our mission of healthcare transformation.

Sourcers and Recruiters are the engine of the MindBody Talent transformation machine, identifying and placing top talent within our clients practice. They ensure qualified and vetted candidates are presented to our clients using MBT’s proven methodology and the latest recruiting tools and resources. These are key roles that will help us scale and accelerate our ability to impact health and wellness nationwide.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with MindBody Talent founders and team to find, evaluate and screen qualified candidates for our clients. 

  • Builds in-depth understanding of client needs, culture, uniqueness, and growth strategies.
  • Collaborates with the MBT Content Team to create enticing job postings.
  • Performs sourcing research through on-line job postings, referrals, social media and the MindBody Talent database to search for potential active and passive candidates.
  • Maintains social media and professional network presence to interact with potential candidates.
  • Assists in maintaining MindBody Talent database for current and future hires.
  • Communicates with potential candidates through whatever creative means necessary to capture their attention and entice them into interview calls.
  • Manages and facilitates candidate interview schedules throughout the entire interview process.
  • Collaborates with the client through the processes of candidate positioning, compensation negotiations, offer packages, and onboarding.

Your Chops

  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting healthcare clinicians, including MD/DO’s and NP/PA’s.
  • Health and wellness industry experience a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Comfortable working with Boolean and X-Ray Search methods.
  • Sherlock Holmes-level detective skills. 
  • Exceptional interviewing techniques.
  • Proven abilities to position and sell/motivate clients and candidates on the right fit for open roles.
  • Excellent decision and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Google Suites, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and HubSpot. 
  • Ability to learn and utilize computer applications in which you are unfamiliar.
