Job Title: Remote Cold Caller
Location: Remote (Full-time)


Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and energetic Remote Cold Callers to join our sales team. This position involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone to introduce our products and services, with the aim of generating leads and sales opportunities. The successful candidates will work during US business hours and must have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage prospects in conversation to uncover needs, assess potential for partnership, and schedule follow-up meetings or calls with sales representatives.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Achieve or exceed specific goals for calls made and appointments set.
  • Handle objections and use established scripts to manage various scenarios effectively.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Ability to persuade and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be available to work during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or a similar phone-based sales role.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
