The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on driving conversions and increasing brand awareness. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven approach to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

Ad Creation and Management: Design, implement, and monitor effective Facebook advertising campaigns that align with our marketing goals.
Target Audience Segmentation: Develop targeted ad strategies by segmenting audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and customer journeys.
