Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented PPC Specialist to join our team and manage pay-per-click campaigns for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising networks. Your goal will be to increase traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI while staying within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid search channels.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy for better targeting and conversion.

  • Develop and execute PPC strategies that align with client goals, including lead generation, eCommerce sales, or brand awareness.

  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet performance targets.

  • Analyze PPC performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.

  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to improve campaign performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.

  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, content, design) to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly PPC performance, providing actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are optimized within allocated spend while delivering maximum results.

  • Handle client communication, explaining PPC performance and suggesting actionable improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.

  • Proficiency with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of paid search strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.

  • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and paid social media advertising.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Google Ads certification or similar PPC certifications are a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus, as it complements PPC strategies.
