We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to help bring MNTN’s most important brand experiences to life. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in crafting elevated, high-touch experiences and is passionate about exceeding expectations at every turn. You’ll support a wide range of events that are critical to MNTN’s customer engagement, executive relationship-building, and internal culture. These include intimate client entertainment experiences, high-profile industry events like Cannes Lions, exclusive C-level activations at BottleRock and F1 races, and MNTN Meets—our company-wide all-hands gatherings held three times a year.
From strategy through execution, you will ensure every detail aligns with our premium brand standards and that every guest touchpoint feels thoughtful, personalized, and polished. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Events and is part of a nimble team that thrives on collaboration, creative problem-solving, and impeccable execution.
