What’s the job?
Reporting to the Program Director, Counselling, the VET Counselling Senior Educator is primarily an academic leadership role involving teaching and management of the VET Diploma of Counselling Course. This role is responsible to ensure high quality learning outcomes for students through the delivery and administration of the course in accordance with learning and assessment strategies, and industry accreditation requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time position working online so remote working conditions available. The anticipated start date is on or around September 1st.
Who you are
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Minimum a Diploma in Counseling or equivalent OR Higher
Significant knowledge of specific subject areas combined with a broad disciplinary background enabling contributions to teaching programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and commitment to continuous professional development
Ability to work competently and harmoniously with colleagues and students of all cultures and backgrounds
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years administration and teaching experience in the VET sector
