Job description

About Sadie

We are an industry-leading Voice AI provider specializing in deep integrations with hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS). Our mission is to become the natural “voice” of every PMS—delivering seamless guest interactions, automated bookings, and operational efficiencies through conversational AI. Backed by cutting-edge research and a growing roster of hotel customers, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic leader to forge and grow our PMS partnerships worldwide.

About The Role
As our VP of Partnerships, you will be the keystone of our go-to-market strategy for PMS integrations. You’ll build, nurture, and expand relationships with top PMS vendors globally—making our Voice AI solution the preferred conversational layer for their platforms. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a small partnerships team and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive joint solutions, co-marketing initiatives, revenue shares, and technical certification programs.

What You'll Do

Strategic Alliance Development:

  • Identify, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with leading PMS providers (e.g., Mews, TravelClick, Oracle Hospitality, RMS Cloud, SiteMinder, Amadeus).
  • Craft multi-year joint-business plans, joint go-to-market frameworks, and governance cadences.

Technical & Product Collaboration:

  • Work hand-in-glove with PMS product and engineering teams to define APIs, certification requirements, and integration roadmaps.
  • Oversee technical pilots and proof-of-concept deployments with PMS partners and joint customers.

Revenue & Growth Enablement:

  • Drive co-selling initiatives: co-branding, joint webinars, trade-show presence, and sales enablement materials.
  • Structure and manage revenue-share/commission models that align incentives and maximize mutual growth.

Team Leadership & Execution:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, setting clear KPIs (e.g., signed deals, pipeline velocity, integration milestones).
  • Create repeatable GTM playbooks, dashboards, and reporting to inform executive decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Advocacy:

  • Serve as the external face of the company at industry events, advisory boards, and PMS user-group meetings.
  • Feed market feedback into Product and R&D to ensure our Voice AI roadmaps align with PMS partner needs and evolving hospitality trends.

What You Bring

Hospitality & PMS Expertise:

  • 10–15+ years in the hospitality technology space, with a proven track record of partnering with or at leading PMS vendors.
  • Deep domain knowledge of PMS architectures, data models, and integration patterns.

Partnerships Leadership:

  • 5+ years in a senior partnerships or alliances role, ideally at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating enterprise-grade contracts and co-innovation agreements.

Technical Acumen:

  • Comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, data security (PCI, GDPR), and on-prem vs. cloud deployment considerations.
  • Able to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and integration plans.

Global & Remote Collaboration:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones; able to travel internationally as needed.

Leadership & Cultural Fit:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, resourcefulness, and creative deal structuring.
  • Collaborative, transparent, and customer-obsessed—driven to exceed mutual goals.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to partnership milestones.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth startup backed by leading hospitality and AI investors.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Flexible PTO, home-office stipend, and professional development budget.
  • A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact in hospitality.
