Job description

Job :

The mobile team empowers the e-commerce business by crafting the best iOS app experience for our users. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving the iOS chapter with your excellent technical leadership.

You will also regularly coordinate and communicate with cross-functional squads.

Responsibilities -

-Lead and inspire a team of passionate iOS engineers

-Build high performance, well-structured native app with modern iOS best-practices in mind

-Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the app

-Advocate good engineering practices and ensure technical knowledge sharing

-Define and plan a vision of scalable, modernize mobile architecture

Requirements:

-Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

-Able to lead and make high-level decisions

-Maintain respectful and trusting relationships and effective people manager

-Proficient with Swift and XCTest -Experience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuning -Knack for benchmarking and optimization

-Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures(MVVM or VIPER), trends, and emerging technologies

-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

-Bonus point if you have experience working with CI/CD, automation tools or functional programming
