As a Creative Production Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes gun who brings big creative ideas to life - from photo shoots and video content to epic internal events.

Whether it’s coordinating shoot logistics, managing creative timelines, or keeping the team on track and ready to roll - you’ll be key in helping us execute brilliant campaigns and projects that make people fall in love with GYG.

What you’ll do:

  • Creative & Campaign Coordination - work closely with our Design Lead and Marketing legends to manage timelines, coordinate shoots, track progress and keep everyone aligned.
  • Production & Shoot Logistics - organise and manage photoshoots, video shoots and radio recordings - we’re talking burritos in the spotlight!
  • Support Internal Projects & Events - help bring our Franchisee Summits, RM Conferences and internal initiatives to life with top-notch planning and coordination.
  • Admin & Asset Support - from invoice processing and menu board updates to asset management and brand compliance – you’ll help keep the Marketing engine running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Top-tier communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools.
  • Project coordination or admin experience in a creative/marketing environment.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality or food - but not a dealbreaker!
  • A current driver’s licence (for shoots, events, and the odd GYG run!).
