• Leading the team combined of demand planners and supply planners.
• Foresee demand and supply fluctuations and make proactive action plans.
• Ensure the accurate determination of order quantities for stocks to be kept in stores and warehouses in parallel with the needs of the stores, based on data from the Demand Planning unit and the expectations of business partners, utilizing the team's expertise in order management systems and order dynamics. Facilitate the entry of orders to meet store requirements.
• Coordinate the team responsible for the central stock transition of suppliers with whom supplier relationships and categories have been agreed upon. Execute operational and technical preparations on both the system and supplier sides.
• Utilize JDA/MDLS and MDW systems with the team to conduct order-stock analyses and ensure data control within the system, taking necessary actions.
• Guide the team in evaluating additional order requests from stores.
• Take responsibility for action plans related to overstocked/understocked items in collaboration with business partners. Work closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Supplier Relations units to enhance the availability and stock Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for products falling within the scope of central orders and central stock.
• Ensure the team communicates with suppliers, categories, and the warehouse to manage the process of defining orders in the system.

• University Degree in related departments
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the industry,
• Advanced level of English,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
• Familiarity with order planning, inventory analysis and forecasting systems is considered an asset,
• Result oriented,
• Succesful in interpersonal relationships with strong communication skills,
• Possessing experience in order planning, central stock forecasting, and stock management processes,
• Having an operational infrastructure related to order management,
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across functions,
• Experience in delivering training,
• Proficient in teamwork and team management,
• Analytical mindset, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
