🔎We are looking for our new "Market Manager" to work with us in Angola.

Job Description

In this role, you will be:

  • managing distributors by closely monitoring the market and increasing the market share through different distribution channels (traditional and modern),
  • aligning with distributors in ensuring sufficient level of stocks in line with the sales targets,
  • supporting the distributors in analyzing customer requirements and ensuring an effective communication,
  • understanding the local needs, collecting critical and relevant product data to benchmark and understand with the Baking Center™,
  • identifying and developing the sales activities,
  • providing tailor-made solutions to the customer needs,
  • supporting the craft customers in simple baking issues and guiding the technical team for a continuous support,
  • collaborating with other teams in forecast planning, budget preparations.

Qualifications

If you:

  • have solid 10 years of sales experience in Angola, preferably in food or FMCG industries,
  • are open minded and autonomous,
  • reflect good interpersonal relations, and build strong relationships with different partners (distributors and customers)
  • own an innovative mindset with a strong desire to achieve,
  • are self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
  • are proficient in MS Office,
