About the Role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

With more than two decades of experience in the public and private sectors as an Occupational Therapist, care coordinator, and manager, Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her dedication to rural healthcare and her commitment to supporting staff, particularly those in regional areas, is truly inspiring.
