Role: Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer Microsoft & Networking (Day Shift)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Level 2/3 Support Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies and general networking support. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering escalated technical support and small to mid-sized project work, particularly in environments that rely on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online), and Windows Server infrastructure. Experience in networking and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude are essential. This position suits someone who enjoys a variety of work, from solving day-to-day support issues to implementing and maintaining cloud-based and hybrid IT systems.
