Role: Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer Microsoft & Networking (Day Shift)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00am - 3:00pm Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH


We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Level 2/3 Support Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies and general networking support. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering escalated technical support and small to mid-sized project work, particularly in environments that rely on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online), and Windows Server infrastructure. Experience in networking and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude are essential. This position suits someone who enjoys a variety of work, from solving day-to-day support issues to implementing and maintaining cloud-based and hybrid IT systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, servers, cloud platforms, and networking infrastructure.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure environments including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Support on-premise and hybrid Active Directory environments and Group Policy.
  • Resolve escalated incidents and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist in the delivery of infrastructure-related projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Provide networking support, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and IP routing.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and client environment records.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff where required.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement and standardisation efforts.


Key Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years in a Level 2/3 IT support or systems engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, virtual machines, identity & access management).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, licensing, and administration).
  • Proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience supporting and configuring network infrastructure such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work independently.



Desirable:

  • Certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, MS-700, MS-102, or CompTIA Network+ / Security+.
  • Scripting experience, preferably with PowerShell, for automation and administration.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g. Veeam, Datto).
  • Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms (e.g. NinjaOne, ConnectWise).
  • Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant support environment.
  • General knowledge of IT security principles, such as endpoint protection, MFA, encryption, and secure networking practices.
