As part of the Customer Development department, the role involves the responsibility of a number of POS representatives of Hyper and Super universe. 

Based on 5Ps assessment, He/She will be in charge of challenges / opportunities on each POS assigned to increase  sell out and SOM.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reduce Out of stock level Guarantee Assortment compliance in POS Fast distribution of innovation and new products

  • Work  in partnership with store managers in order to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market and Placement

  • POP Material Implementation at shelf/out of shelf

  • Negotiation and implementation of promotional area and Shopper events

  • Alert on competitor activities

 

Education/ Experience and Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)

  • Short prior experience (i.e. stage) preferred

  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)

  • Driving License 

 

Location: Italy, City Parma

Contract:Temporary max 12 months
