We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team.

The main goal of this role is to effectively attract users to our app and platform, Promova, through paid traffic channels so that more people (regardless of age, location, or lifestyle) can conveniently, affordably, and efficiently learn foreign languages.

Your area of influence:
  • Launching and managing new advertising campaigns.
  • Analyzing the performance of current ad campaigns.
  • Testing hypotheses in the field of mobile user acquisition.
  • Identifying effective patterns, approaches, and creatives in media buying.
  • Analyzing traffic data in internal BI systems.
  • Testing new creatives and approaches.
  • Conducting competitor analysis.
To do this, you will need:
  • 1,5 years of experience in User Acquisition.
  • Experience working with Appsflyer.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR, etc.
  • Experience in setting up ad campaigns from scratch on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google UAC.
  • Knowledge of SKAN 4.0.
  • Experience writing technical briefs for video creative production.
  • Ability to analyze current campaign results, draw conclusions, and identify cause-and-effect relationships.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken).
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with in-app traffic sources.
  • Experience with subscription-based monetization models.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools.
