Sr. Compliance Analyst - Regulatory Change Management

Position Purpose: Support strategies to ensure successful maintenance and implementation of compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products across the entire company.

• Monitor federal regulations, executive action, agency rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes
• Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents
• Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions.
• Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance
• Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related legal field or equivalent experience. Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.
