As an Install Specialist, you will be responsible for driving large/complex installations of products for new and existing clients. The install team partners with Account Executives (AEs) and clients directly to ensure a smooth and timely install. Coordinating all aspects needed for a client to begin producing, the Install Team’s primary mission is to build trust and credibility with the client, confirming their choice to work with iA American Warranty Group (iAAWG).

This position can be based anywhere in the US and depending upon your location could be fully remote.

Your Focus

  • Deeply understand the structure, timing, and expectations of finalized deals to ensure installation is designed to match expectations.

  • Connect directly with signed clients (new and existing) to set expectations for a successful installation, providing (as appropriate) requirements, timeline, and visibility to the project team that will be supporting the installation.

  • Partner with Deal Support and Pricing teams to ensure a seamless handoff from “close” to install.

  • Drive installation projects, working collaboratively with AEs, other Sales Ops teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure success by actively managing the project, identifying risks, and independently deploying solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project management.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing role.

  • 5+ years’ experience in product installation/setup.

  • 5+ years’ experience in the automotive warranty industry with knowledge of product types, pricing structure, and product delivery methods.

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Highly collaborative.

  • Ability to make appropriate, high-quality decisions in high-stakes, complex situations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and with end goals in mind.

  • Ability to identify, capture, and translate requirements into a project plan that others can operate from.

  • Ability to manage projects, facilitate various stakeholders, and ensure process rigor.

  • Ability to work directly with clients to drive results.

  • Significant knowledge of iAAWG and TPA requirements and processes.

  • Significant product, pricing, and profit participation knowledge.

  • Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and clear roadblocks through influence and negotiation.

  • Comfort managing multiple projects (installs) with different teams at the same time.

  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.

  • Comfort with learning new technology platforms (or other tools) to support the work.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The pay starts at $30/hr+ and includes a 3% annual target bonus.
