Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and performance targets.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by training staff and handling escalated customer issues.

  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales figures to identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement merchandising standards and promotional activities to maximize sales.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff; create work schedules and manage staff performance.

  • Manage cash handling, banking, and store budgets responsibly.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Good understanding of retail operations, sales principles, and inventory management.

  • Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
