HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Strategic development and implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies in close collaboration with People Team, Management and key departments to support the SITS Group's corporate strategy
Ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the internal communication framework in line with the corporate identity, including communication channels and tools (e.g. intranet)
Ownership & execution of day-to-day internal communications with a hands-on approach - ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Coordination of company-wide initiatives from a communications perspective, including responsibility for employee engagement surveys and global feedback processes
Planning, organisation and implementation of global employee events such as All-Hands meetings, Town Halls or Open Hours

Degree in communication, business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the field of internal communication, ideally with project responsibility and experience in a fast-growing and changing environment
Strong knowledge of digital communication channels and tools (e.g. intranet, newsletter, collaboration tools)
Excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with empathy and confidence in working with diverse stakeholder groups and cultures while showcasing a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Fluent in English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
