HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Strategic development and implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies in close collaboration with People Team, Management and key departments to support the SITS Group's corporate strategy
  • Ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the internal communication framework in line with the corporate identity, including communication channels and tools (e.g. intranet)
  • Ownership & execution of day-to-day internal communications with a hands-on approach - ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Coordination of company-wide initiatives from a communications perspective, including responsibility for employee engagement surveys and global feedback processes
  • Planning, organisation and implementation of global employee events such as All-Hands meetings, Town Halls or Open Hours

  • Degree in communication, business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field of internal communication, ideally with project responsibility and experience in a fast-growing and changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication channels and tools (e.g. intranet, newsletter, collaboration tools)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with empathy and confidence in working with diverse stakeholder groups and cultures while showcasing a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
