Role Overview

Quiq is seeking a talented, experienced B2B digital marketer to join our fast-moving, innovative, fully-remote team to own the strategy and execution of our online advertising and organic search (SEO) functions. 

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive optimal results across all paid advertising and organic search channels. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, creative thinker and problem-solver who takes a data-driven approach to regularly identify high-impact opportunities to optimize performance and improve ROI. You should be driven by an unquenchable sense of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn—always taking in data and information to generate and test new ideas for how to boost results. An optimal candidate will also bring experience marketing to the enterprise in a crowded, competitive market. 

We’re looking for a dynamic marketer that thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment and is comfortable with the demands and ambiguity that comes with operating in the rapidly evolving AI space. Quiq GTM is a hungry, scrappy, fast-paced, close-knit team with a strong work ethic and motivation to dominate the Agentic AI for CX market. To succeed in this role, you will need an agile mindset, and be well-accustomed to taking a customer-first, revenue-centric approach to B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise customers. As a fair warning, if you are based outside of the US, the odds will be stacked against you. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Digital advertising strategy & execution. Manage all day-to-day advertising operations across paid channels (Google search and display, Linkedin, Facebook, paid media) including both strategic and tactical execution for ad development, audience targeting, bidding strategy, landing page design and creation, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Multi-channel campaign planning. Develop monthly, quarterly and semi-annual campaign plans for each digital channel to support our demand generation and content plans, prescribing the optimal approach and mix of tactics to help us to attain our strategic organizational objectives and growth targets.
  • Budget management. Directly manage our advertising spend and allocation to maximize budget efficiency and ROI, with a hyper-focus on both lead volume and quality, and driving bottom-line results such as new sales meetings and pipeline.
  • Keyword & content strategy. Set our keyword strategy and priorities, with a laser-focus on attracting and converting high-intent ICP prospects. Ensure tight alignment between organic and paid search terms. Work closely with our team to develop an effective content and offer strategy, providing recommendations on optimal approaches to engage multiple target audiences across channels and at various stages of the buying journey.
  • Performance analysis. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance across all paid advertising, organic search and social media channels to identify trends, optimize strategies, and inform future initiatives.
  • Creative Direction. Work closely with our demandgen and design teams to produce visually engaging creative that is well-optimized for conversion in each specific channel. Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to develop effective messaging and ad copy for multiple buyer personas across key industry verticals.
  • Be our “Go-To” SEM Expert. Assume an authoritative role in leading our team and providing direction for how to successfully navigate today’s rapidly evolving SEM landscape. This will require aggressive curiosity and pro-active cross-functional collaboration to continuously drive incremental progress while mitigating this climate of constant change and high competition. You will serve as our de facto internal expert on all things digital advertising and SEO, including best practices, staying up-to-date on the latest market and industry trends, new tech and tool capabilities and recent search engine algorithm changes.
  • Technical SEO and conversion optimization. Implement best practices to ensure we are well-optimized for both search and conversion to drive quality traffic and maximize lead generation by improving rankings on high priority search terms. To be successful, you’ll need a balanced focus on both architecting our long-term strategic vision, as well as the many day-to-day details and tactics that will get us there. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital advertising and SEO for B2B SaaS, including experience targeting enterprise customers in a crowded and competitive market. Having a background in using a hybrid account-based / inbound marketing model is preferred (bonus for experience marketing to CX and technical buyers).

  • Tools/technical skills:  Advanced skills and knowledge in directly managing accounts on major advertising platforms including Google Ads and Linkedin Ads, as well as prominent SEM and analytics tools such as; Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. Proficient working with CMS systems (e.g. Wordpress), and basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (SFDC).

  • Analytical mindset: ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.

  • Project management and planning: ability to juggle many projects at once, effectively plan and coordinate tasks and deliverables with multiple moving pieces and team members to meet deadlines. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and capacity to work productively both independently and collaboratively.

  • Communication and presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Passion for marketing: A genuine enthusiasm and hunger for creating innovative digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth. Any candidate looking to just go through the motions to collect a nice paycheck need not apply.
