What You'll Do
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive scalable, sustainable growth across our digital channels. You’ll collaborate across teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Web, and Content) and leverage tools and analytics to generate and convert high-quality traffic.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Search & Generative Optimization
Own the SEO roadmap—including keyword strategy, content collaboration, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies.
Stay ahead of generative engine optimization (GEO) trends to adapt our digital presence for AI-powered search experiences (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT browsing).
Implement schema markup, structured data, and conversational optimizations to increase visibility in generative search results.
Paid Search Optimization
Plan and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, aligned with our funnel stages and ICP.
Analyze performance data, improve Quality Scores, and drive down CPAs while increasing conversions.
Analytics, Experimentation & Reporting
Lead growth experiments using A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
Build and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand visitor behavior and ROI by channel.
Own performance dashboards and report monthly KPIs to key stakeholders.
Platform Management & Collaboration
Conduct competitive research and visibility audits via SEMrush and other marketing intelligence tools.
Collaborate with the web team to implement site enhancements via WordPress and ensure technical SEO best practices.
Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to align campaigns and digital assets.
What You Bring
4+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience (preferably in mid-market or enterprise space).
Deep knowledge of SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
Proven track record scaling SEO/GEO and paid acquisition channels.
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math.
Strong analytical mindset and experimentation skills.
A pulse on digital innovation—especially generative search and AI-enhanced discoverability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Bonus Points For
Experience with CRO tools (like Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely).
Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM.
Prior work in the marketing agency
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%) + 120 Hours PTO. M-F, 100% Remote or Hybrid Environment.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
